What to expect

Scheduling a Consultation is the first step
In your initial consultation, we will discuss your current challenges and your personal goals.
We will also discuss your budget and scheduling requirements.
We will recommend a coaching program and a coach that best fits your personal and budgetary needs.
Once you are matched with a certified coach, we will connect you to them and get you started!
Sessions are held via phone, Skype, Zoom, or Google Hangout and typically last one hour.
You will be given weekly homework assignments and you can check-in with your coach via email or through the Coach Chat function of Inner.U.
Your coach will review and provide feedback on your homework and promises right within Inner.U as well as on your calls.

Your Coach

Part teacher and part cheerleader, part soundboard and sparring partner, our coaches lead by example, walk their talk, and teach you to do the same. Your coach has gone through an extensive 18-24 month training program with Handel Group® and brings true passion, credentials, and personal experience to each coaching relationship. Our coaches practice and teach from a proven methodology called The Handel Method which implements basic principles and clear steps to address the most important areas of your life and how to realize your dream for each area.

The Handel Method

Our coaching takes a revolutionary approach to life. Through this innovative coaching process, you will come to know and love yourself, resolve your personal history and manage your mind. You will develop Personal Integrity® and align your heart, mind and actions with your dreams. You will see and understand yourself from a different perspective and experience your life with newfound compassion, humor, and honesty.

Our coaching packages come with lifetime access to Inner.U, the digital textbook for your coaching sessions, plus all the benefits of an Inner.U subscriber. Private coaching requires the purchase of Inner.U ($425 for lifetime access).

They will help you deal head-on with every area of your life, including your relationship with time, traits and hauntings, helping you connect the dots in every area in your life.

Senior

LIFE COACH

Senior Life Coaches have been coaching myriad clients since graduating the Coach in Training program. The right Senior Life Coach will be selected for you based on their experience and what area(s) of your life you are looking to impact. They will help you dive even deeper into unlocking the ingrained personality traits and habits that keep you repeating old patterns.

Life Coaches are our most recent graduates of our two year rigorous Coach in Training program. The right Life Coach will be selected for you based on what area(s) of your life you are looking to impact. With them, as with all our coaches, you’ll learn how to navigate roadblocks, manage the sabotaging voices in your head, and design a tailored plan that will produce results.

Therapy has its place and life coaching has its place. They overlap in many goals, but they are not the same experience. Here's how we differ:

Life coaches teach individuals to design and live an inspired life. It depends, Inner.U is self directed.

If you spend at least 1 hour per week in the program, it will take about 6 months to work through Inner.U with a focus on 2-3 areas of life.

Masterclasses work at a pace of about 1 module per week and cover the first 4 modules.

As long as you do the work, Inner.U and The Handel Method works. Here's what makes Handel Group and our proven methodology different, and why we are uniquely positioned to deliver positive results:

We have a defined philosophical framework that tackles a person's feelings, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors.

Through our work with MIT and an independent study conducted by Dr. Donna R. Baptiste of The University of Illinois in Chicago, our methods have been demonstrated as effective. (Dr. Baptiste is Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry, College of Medicine at UIC.)

Inner.U is best if:

You need the most financially responsible option
You are self-motivated and can keep yourself moving (if not, you can always sign up with a coach, Masterclass, or both, for extra hand-holding later)
You want to make sure you love The Handel Method before making any further commitment
You are already a health or life coach

1 on 1 Coaching is best if:

It is a financially responsible investment for you
You have the time to commit to 2-4 monthly sessions for 6-12 months with homework between each session.
You believe that, quite possibly, the reason you aren't living your dream life is because you are in your own way (and that's good news)
You think you might need (like a personal trainer at the gym) a coach to keep you accountable to your dreams – especially the big ones
You like to process things with another person and perspective, to go deep, and you are open to feedback
You don't have any pre-diagnosed mental illness and are not looking for any kind of diagnosis or mental health therapy. We are not mental health practitioners.

You will have a 30-minute consultation with one of our experts who will match you with the best coach to suit your needs. When making a coach recommendation we'll consider four main points:

Experience: which experience level of coach and coaching rate is most appropriate for you
Logistics: time zone, schedules, availability
Leadership: which particular coach is expert in your specific needs
Connection: will you and the coach connect, relate, and get each other's worlds

Inner.U LIFE and LOVE are each $425. Inner.U CAREER is $650.

1 on 1 Coaching fees:

A package of 24 sessions starts at $6,000.
InnerU LIFE (and for some Inner.U LOVE) are also required for private coaching, at $425 each.
